The Warriors finished the Minnesota East/West Weekend with a record of 2 wins, 1 loss and 2 ties. Sunday the girls fell to NAHA 5-3. Brittney Redlick led the way with 2 goals and Mackenzie Ebel also found the net in the loss. On Saturday night the Warriors skated to a 4-4 tie vs. NSA. Jessica Sibley, Sam Sutherland, Shannon MacAulay and Brittney Sawyer provided the 4 goals. Earlier in the day the girls defeated the Colorado Selects 3-1. The girls were down 1-0 heading into the third period when Shannon MacAulay, Jessica Sibley and Megan Normore found the back of the net to give the girls the victory. The Warriors opened the JWHL East/West weekend with a 4-1 win vs. the Boston Shamrocks and a 4-4 tie against the Washington Pride. Against the Shamrocks the girls got goals from Jessica Sibley, Jessyka Holt, Shannon MacAulay and Heather Berzins. Abigail Clarke picked up the victory in goal. Earlier vs. the Pride the girls battled back from 2-0, 3-1 and 4-2 deficits to earn a point. Desirae Kuhlmann, Brittney Redlick, Sam Sutherland and Jessica Sibley provided the 4 goals. The next JWHL weekend takes place Feb. 3 - 5 in Calgary.
